Livedoid Vasculitis


Variant of livedo reticularis associated with ulceration, occurring particularly in the summer. Bluish-red mottling of the skin is associated with ulceration and distinctive white, stellate scarring known as atrophie blanche. The lower legs, ankles and feet are mainly involved.
