Rare disease characterized by brown to gray pigmented, papillomatous-keratotic skin lesions. Benign A. N. has an irregular dominant mode of inheritance and is not associated with internal disorders. Changes develop predominantly at the neck, axillae, and cubital fossae, with occasional involvement of mucous membranes.
