Angiokeratoma Scroti / Vulvae

Vascular disorder characterized by multiple small reddish-purple to black vascular papules distributed along the superficial vessels of the scrotum or on the labia. Identical lesions may also occur on the glans of the penis, the thighs, and in the groins. Patients may complain of itching, soreness or bleeding. Lesions occasionally appear in adolescents but most commonly occur in males over the age of 30 or in older women, with an increasing incidence with age.
