Dermatofibrome

Definition

L’hystocytofibrome est est une prolifération bénigne de fibroblastes de la peau survenant chez l’adulte jeune. Il est composé de nodules dermiques fermes, peu douloureux, isolés ou multiples. Sa taille ne dépasse pas 5 mm. Il est principalement rouge ou rouge-brun mais peut également être bleu-noir suite à un dépôt d'hémosidérine
