Rare disorder characterized by multiple small, rounded, firm, yellowish cutaneous cystic nodules located primarily on the upper trunk, arms and thighs of affected individuals. The cysts have sebaceous gland lobules in their wall and contain sebum. This condition usually begins in adolescence or early adult life. In many cases, it is inherited as an autosomal dominant disorder, but numerous nonhereditary cases have been reported as well.
